Griselda is a highly experienced and energetic leader with a strong background in manufacturing and operational excellence principles. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, an MBA from Arizona State University, and overseas economic studies from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Griselda has a solid educational foundation. She has a diverse skill set that includes cultural transformation, leadership coaching, lean manufacturing, and operations leadership with a focus on continuous improvement. In her leadership roles, she led her global team to distinguished awards under her leadership through people engagement. She also prides herself in developing her team members to achieve desired promotions following assignments on her team. Griselda has a proven track record of success in various industries, including aerospace and defense, HVAC, and commercial consumer goods. She has successfully led various cross-cultural teams across 26 countries to top performance levels and aspires to apply her background and experience to ensure you achieve your goals!
Griselda is the proud mother of three ambitious children who keep her spirit young and technical aptitude sharp! Gaby is a competitive leader in STEM, Briana is an authority in the fitness and nutrition world, and Gregory has beat all developmental odds as Doctors Potocki’s & Lupski’s hard-working student of Potocki-Lupski Syndrome (PTLS) who has proven that with early intervention and a growth mindset, anything is possible! Lastly, and most importantly, her business partner and husband, Greg, keeps the family strong and united while they both focus on helping people and businesses achieve their full potential. He leads the financial operations while Griselda and her team partner with clients to ensure their goals are met or exceeded.
